Lqt thread issues

The extension helps to understand the actual configiration and usage of interwikis.
Trial and error as :

1. commons:meta:mw:Extension:SpecialInterwiki — fails
2. meta:mw:Extension:SpecialInterwiki
3. mw:Extension:SpecialInterwiki
4. wikipedia:mw:Extension:SpecialInterwiki — fails
