Hi Jane, Wondering about that same question too. :) By the way, the content on your user page is quite good. Wish I had such clear ideas as to what I want to do after this workshop. Oh, and personally speaking I think Open Office is indeed a match for Microsoft Office. It takes a while to adjust, but Open Office provides you with what you need, minus the shazam (not necessarily useful) of Microsoft Office tools. I have also tried eXe and I liked the experience, because it's a pretty straight forward authoring tool that lets you, easily and quickly, create your own content. --alexgfrancisco 20:34, 30 September 2009 (UTC)

Yes, I need to take a look at the WikiNeighbour model, too.

Jane, your page is certainly taking shape - ex!. Your background and work will be a perfect match for a community authoring system such as this.

Thank you for visiting my page. It feels good to start connecting up with people. I'm still trying to understand how the collaboration features work as that is what draws me to this project. ----Jane Brotchie 08:01, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
