Hi Hollis,

This is my second attempt at WIKI training. My first had to be aborted in November 2007. Now this one finds me with a challenge to get and stay online with the Blink broadband Modem. The Customer Service rep says it is caused by some problem in my area. I am behind but am determined to catch up.
