Guidelines as part of charter
Not sure I understand the question -- we have a chicken and egg scenario with this group being the first group to formalise and develop guidelines for the functioning of workgroups. The aim of this workgroup is to develop guidelines for consideration and approval by the COmmunity Council on the functioning of community-wide workgroups. Different workgroups will have different charters -- so I'm not sure how the proposed guidelines can be part of the charter for this group -- if you know what I mean?
- The draft guidelines suggest/require that future workgroups should draft a charter
- We should specify the minimum criteria for a charter in the guidelines
- We should provide an example charter template which could be used by future work groups.
