You have come up with a very good slm ,its simply good !well organized , duly linked and aptly covering all essential points (I presume :)
I did minor edits in ur toc , I hope its ok with u . Can u do sth about the numbering of subsections ? the repetition of numbers is not looking very nice , may be u can use bullets /alphabets in place of numbers.
Don't u think some books can be mentioned in ur reference section , of course it its feasible with ur topic .
