FREE ACCESS TO INTERNET SHOULD BE INCLUDED TO HUMAN RIGHTS

I think free access to Internet should be included to human rights, because it is maybe the main source of knowledge and learning nowadays and in the future. All human beings should have the same right to learn and develop themselves.
