Entrepreneurship in India
Entrepreneurship is very important for every nation. There are many types of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship existing in the business world. During my entrepreneurial research in India , I have identified few firms which could be termed as Traditional Business Enterprises (TBE). These firms have following characters; 1. Started by people who are neither professionally or technically qualified. 2. Promoted and managed by owners and their relatives. 3. Power is not delegated to employees. 4. Opt and adopt technology and other changes by compulsion, not by choice.
