In india there have been completed many PhDs ( in dicipline of Education) on topics like contruction of achievement test or oter psychometric tests. So far the research is concerned, it seems it should answer to some significant problem/problems. Construction of psycho,metric test should be considereded more a facilitation to research then research itself. What are your opinion? please comment.
