Are Qualifications gained through distance learning etc perceived as less academic / of a lower standard? M.Ed (dist). What does this say?? Is it perceived as not being as good as contact education or studied this way as a last resort?
Distance learning is not particularly well recognised / developed / marketed in my organisation.
How do you create 'institutional collaboration' for learning development and delivery? Particularly if the IT architecture is dated to say the least!
Leigh you are right - I am pragmatic in some ways - guided by practical experience and observation rather than theory!
