Determining Quality Parameters of a good OER

Dear Gita Madam, myself Dr.K.S.R. from Chennai, a participant of eL4C50 workshop. This workshop is really great and I have started from scratches and have learnt something. I am more concerned about the quality of OERs. I have posted my views in the workshop schedule page and want to share your ideas in this regard as OERs are created by many people from many backgrounds. Let us share the ideas. Your page is very colourful and informative. I think it will take few days for fully visiting all the pages and links. Congratulations for that. I would like to be an online collaborator in future.
