Akachi, The question talks of a board member. Essentially, i should refer to a board member and not my name. Good point.

Maybe we should just use the group name to represent the board member.

Not sure if a group can be a board member. A rep can only represent interests of a group/ investor. I stand to be corrected, but thats my interpretation of the Companies Act.

While some borad members represent a particular interest, he/she can only write as a member. You can say "the member is of the opinion that..." and not "the organization i am representing is of the opinion that ..."
