The Number Shifting operation is to change MSISDN for specified subscriber. The process of Number Shifting operation is described as following steps: Inquiry the subscriber profile by conditions; Check the validity of subscriber status; Modify the relationship between subscriber and number resource, abolish record of old MSISDN in resource taking table and add a record of new MSISDN; Release old MSISDN and make use of new MSISDN; Abolish record of old SIM card in resource taking table and add a record of new SIM card;
