Case studies

Suggest the case studies be revised to better lead into the models stage (two page on) - the 'story' is not consistent. eg in the next stage Brett is providing leadership to others re reflection, and Emilia is comfortable with reflection probably because of her background in health. Maybe on the page they could be advising others ?
