• We met the UCL Finance Manager on Thursday and obtained some management forecasts and other info on the company.
• In the process of concluding the draft. Its taken longer than we expected and it hasn't been easy, but we’re doing our best to get a quality job out.
• Estimated Timelines: Draft to Lions on Tuesday. Final draft taking into account Lions comments out on Friday.

I think gurus like Evelyn and Jerry have to citically analyse the draft such that we have an assurance that we get a minimum of 80%.
