Added a few images

I added a few images and inserted a "quotation" which assists with the layout so that the outcomes template does not overrun the images. You may have better ideas for images, but wanted to break the text up a little.

For visual emphasis and consistency, I inserted the outcomes template for the course outcomes.

Is there a meaningful microblog activity we can insert here?
