Hi everyone,

My name is Mwaba Simfukwe, sorry for joining so late I heva been away for suome weeks now and was in the field where I had no internet connectivity. I run my own business and also do some work as trainer in the ILO package GET Ahead for Women In Business Enterprises since 2008 I have been training youths under the Ministry of Soprts, Youth & Child Development and Unicef. I have been working with youth since graduating from the university in 2004 and I have a great passion for this group of people and would like to make a difference in someones life.

to fall into the discussion or just summarize where everyone left off The definition of a “youth” varies from culture to culture, community to community and country to country for example, the United Nations defines a youth as a male or female aged between 15 and 25 years whilst the Commonwealth Youth Programme defines a youth as a male or female aged between 15 and 29 years therefore it be can be said to be relative, in Zambia, a youth is being either male or female aged between 18 and 35 years of age.
