Tyga got his first tattoo when he was 14. When he was in tenth grade he dropped out of high school to "work full time" on his music. His mother didn't support the fact that he dropped out of school to start his music career. He started rapping when he was 9. Travis McCoy (Gym Cass Hero Frontman)is Tygas good friend, they aren't real cousins. When Tyga first came out he called hi his "Hip Hop Cousin" to show how close they were. They both knew eachother before they were signed and famous. Travis was first and that was a motivation for Tyga. That let him know that he could make it too. When he performed arms race on stage with Travis and Lil Wayne at the VMA's in 2007, he got recognition from Wayne and surprized him. Lil Wayne wasn't expecting that from such a young kid (he was 17 at the time). Ever since then, he's been working with them and eventually got signed to Decaydance with Pete Wentz (Fall Out Boy Frontman) and G.E.D (Getting Every Dollar). Later he got signed with Wayne's crew Young Money ent. and dropped Decaydance in late 2008. Now he has over 30 tattoos that all tell stories about events that happened in his life, includung the state of California on his neck because he was born and raised in compton. "G.E.D" on his right hand and above his right eyebrow which is the label he's signed to. "God's gift" on his fingers. A tiger on his shoulder. His mothers name on his neck Pasionary with kisses and roses. The YM logo on his left bicep which is the other label he's signed to. "INC" above his left eyebrow. The devil on his left hand. Three dots on the right side of his face (by Lil Wayne) that means laugh, think, cry. "Fear none but god" on his chest. A picture Micheal Jackson on the left side of his rib cage.
