well for the effective class the teacher should know the learner.Now in a system where there are no detention and schooling made enjoyable the student is pushed up to secondary school,though the child lack the aptitude for secondary schooling or class.The child then is brought to higher secondary and this is where the teacher find it real difficult.And in the qualifying exam the child is unable to perform well and there the pit fall happens.So whom to blame...
