2. There are a variety of problems including licensing restrictions that make the WEnotes feature problematic at present. Identi.ca is definitely the easiest to use microblogging option. If you are interested in pulling data from your own Moodle, you might investigate the use of the RSS tag to display content in WikiEducator.
