"Complete"?

When you say that campaign pages must be complete by 31 July, that suggests that they might be closed to editing during the campaigning period. I've included a section on mine where people can ask questions and receive answers from me right on my page. Does this mean that such a feature is disallowed?

I don't see any reason for protecting personal campaign pages. (This is different from the case vis nominations -- folk technically shouldn't be adding names to the list after the due date.)
Nellie will need to make a call on this.
