Developing Template:BloggingHandbook

This template 'works' :), but its also not the most efficient, e.g., to achieve a 'drop-down' effect it uses addition templates. If one of the main links changes, for example, many templates would need to be adjusted. Suggestions:

• Move the addition templates to be subpages of this template (for now)
• Develop the template using variables/parameters, so that only one template is needed, with submenus shown conditionally.
