Add a new section on the page for a card.
User enters name of the pattern and a section is generated (e.g.) with that name as a header hyperlinked to a page of that name pre-loaded with {{annotated-lv-card}}.
By clicking on the link to the card, it may be populated as described in the Usage section of {{annotated-lv-card}}.
