Overview
The Technical Steering Committee comprises four representatives from the Small States of the Commonwealth. This committee is responsible to oversee and advise the VUSSC. Terms of reference for the Technical Steering Committee will be developed in open consultation with VUSSC members.

Professional Capabilities: Author of Distance Education Secondary School Learning Materials, Print and Audio; Involved in writing, reviewing and piloting of English Language Distance Teaching Materials for SADC countries, in a COL sponsored project, Increasing access to Secondary School level through production of quality learning materials; Facilitator in distance education workshops in Swaziland; Panel Member in National Syllabus development; Examiner with the National Examination Council of Swaziland
