To start the process of content development, here is a possible template.

Public Health problem to be solved

Discussion points to work through resource (to guide tutors)

Possible assessment tool

Our work can take two forms - comments on anything written here, and adding content. I suggest that we take one example of one competence, stating its source, that relates to a Public Health problem, and itentify resources etc that might meet this competence. Once we have done it once, we can move on to build more.
