Outstanding project scope document

Adrian,

I have read the project scope document. I think that its an excellent description for the project - other than minor incremental tweaks which may arise as we move forward. I think this is good to go!

Thanks for your time and effort in pulling this together. Its an outstanding scope document for the project.
