I think the definition from the next page could come here.

Could be a little clearer - maybe headings such as 'What is AC?' and Why is AC relevant/important?'

It's quite abstract - I'd like to see the case studies used to show what AC means in 'real' life.

A diagram showing AC in relation to the institution and society at large could help too.
