Developing solutions for help and support tutorials

I recommend that we develop an OERu convention for help and support tutorials. For example, publishing support tutorials as footer links and published as a generic OERu support site rather than linking to other courses or random pages in the wiki. If this idea makes sense - I suggest that we raise this with the technology working group.
