Are there any other issues that a Lion needs help from another Lio? This will be a good forum to discuss with the group and get support.
DO we all agree to another meeting next week Sunday?
Victor - let me clear, what are we attacking first and who will do what. Thats what we need so that we can make progress .
Utang will update her document with all inputs from members and circulate by Friday morning. Then we can proceed from there. We will perhaps have to assign a guidance leader per subject so that she/he can give us more details. I will issue a follow-up by Friday evening after consulting Luisa on this.
Yes, please spell it out clearly for us, so we know our responsibilities --Shumimlingo 17:02, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
Any tips, points, tricks? etc that is working for members that can be shared? No juju/vodoo please <smile>.
The first trick of any open book is the race against time taking into cognisance that you might be having a pile of books and material which you will be perusing. In order to win in such exams you should be focussed and well researched.
Victor - you may need to order the Ghananian voodooo for the team mate...Lol
Sleepless nights jokes. This can be guided by the requirements of the open book exam, if it is only the prescribed texts or any resource materials. What is SBL position. my other worry is no one seem to hve any information on 915 please lets share.--Shungunyoni 16:53, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
I believe ONLY prescribed testboks are allowed. But we still need clarification from SBL
I do not think so, they need only prescribed books. Any material which you feel can assist you in writting the exam is allowed. No cellphones and laptops are the only material not allowed to use
I'm incline to agree with Hove, though I stand to be corrected. --Shumimlingo 17:01, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
if there are any points, mock questions, cases of interest, topics or any other item or\f resource please share here.
Can I pls be excused. I need to dash off to the airport quickly. I mentioned below that I have email a document to you all on our exam scope which I got from the eds. Pls read. Hope I can dash off now.
Victor - In stead of requesting for this and that on wiki, why not task the group to provide you with contributions on the topics for all the courses, and then you can assign / allocate to individuals and we build up from there. Just my suggestion. Give us until Wednesday to get back to you, and then you aim to communicate with the group on Saturday on the results and who is doing what and when.
That is a good idea. Perhaps we can receive all possible areas/topics by subject area and compile for the attention of all members. We can task one person to collate all these and share with us by Saturday so we do final points next week. What do members think of this?
Guys I think Utang has done the basic job for us on this. If you have a look at the e-mail she sent some minutes ago, it covers what we need to cover for the exam.
I hope I'm understanding the suggestion well --Shumimlingo 16:39, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
No...I do not have any mock exams. The HR questions are the only public exam question guide received. --Shumimlingo 16:29, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
