Any comments on my draft - 5mins
JC, did you send the draft to Utang? have started reading the draft, will provide feedback. where u able to sort the negative values input with victor?
I think the lat resort, I will change the negatives into brackets in word.Sounds like our techy was too engaged on the obamania in Accra yesterday.Lol
Akachi, i was only able to deal with the page set-up issues in the word document. Unfortuantely, i culd only convert the negative figures into red colour. We may have to leave the -sign like that or i try something else and get back to you
thanks for your effort, as our IT guru, ur advice on this will do.
Will get back to you on this after reading through the draft --Shumimlingo 16:32, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
I have send out a draft report on 914N. I hope you find time to do the following: i) Read the case ii) Read the assignment question iii) Challenge my thought process
ok, When do you want this input by? --Shumimlingo 16:22, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
Hi Jeremaih, I agree with the thought process presented, however after reading the case study I will drop you an email, but so far so good.--Luisaserra 16:25, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
We circulated a draft earlier today. Does anyone have any pressing comments. If so lets have them in the next 10 minutes. If not pressing, you can e-mail them directly to our Team. Remember we upload on Tuesday. After these comments, Jerry you can take over.
Hi Lions, just to inform all of you we got a full coverage page on the New Vision edition of Saturday the 11th of July, I will scan and forward to Shumi as an appendix. So we basically did all our tasks for this assignment. As Shumi send an email to you all about where did you circulate the Newsletter can the Lions send that by Monday the latest?--Luisaserra 16:11, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
Shumi will goover it after the chat l did not open my yahoo so will go over it tonight and pass on my comments if there are any.--Shungunyoni 16:11, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
just commenced reading the draft. your execuitve summary looks great, but iam of the opinoin that the source of data quoted should be in the body of the document.
Thanks Akachi, referencing is being sorted out. We'll have it perfected by tommorrow. --Shumimlingo 16:20, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
We did our best. Please send me responses on your private Newsletter circulation statistics as well as comments on our document. Over to you Jerry --Shumimlingo 16:18, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
Thanks SHumi. I have not received the draft yet in my mails. Kindly resend to my office mail.
Just as an update, i (our communications office) fowarded the newsletter to the CYP Africa Listserve last week. Even if we dont receive donations (which may be unlikely) people are now more aware of the plight of blind pupils in Uganda and definitly accross the continent. For statistics, our listserve goes directly to about 1470 people and organisations. some resend or repost on their sites.
That is great Victor, I am sure Shumi will upload on the assignment final report--Luisaserra 16:23, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
Thanks Bro! Good work --Shumimlingo 16:26, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
