Activity
Wanaka Homestead - the benefits of smart thinking
Task
The initiatives at Wanaka Homestead not only work environmentally, they also make sound, sustainable business sense, providing the business with a marketable, competitive edge.
Use the guide lines in (Supporting Resources) to gauge this accommodation's success in providing a good example of environmental practice. Study each of the sections and read each of the bulleted points. Then write several paragraphs explaining how you think the Wanaka Homestead supports any of these points.
Also include suggestions on at least three points which you feel the homestead could work towards and how they might do this.
