Eventually this page will contain a description of the roles and responsibilities of CCCOERs Secretary. For now, please, add your thoughts on what you think the Secretary ought to do. From our Bylaws:

The Secretary shall be responsible for keeping the records of board actions, including overseeing the taking of minutes at all board meetings, sending out meeting announcements, distributing copies of minutes and the agenda to each board member. The Secretary shall assure that association records, including a list of members in good standing and Primary Contacts, are maintained.
