Hi (Travel Advisor)
Please organise the following travel for us (Lucy Green and John Templeton). We are travelling to the Tourism Industry Conference in Queenstown, November 20-22. We want to fly to Queenstown, stay two nights in a hotel and then travel by car to Dunedin, for the Dunedin Tourism Forum. We will require overnight accommodation in Dunedin where we are presenting a paper. We will then return to Wellington.
On December 7 we will be travelling from Wellington to Christchurch where we will be having a meeting at the airport. Please organise teleconference equipment for our use. We will need accommodation overnight. The next morning we need to travel to Auckland to attend the TRENZ Conference (four days) then fly back to Wellington.
