Evaluate feedback received for domestic business travel arrangements


The company's most recent corporate travellers have been asked to evaluate the travel services provided - your task will be to:

  • collate the information on the evaluation forms and create a graph from the answers provided
  • From the feedback received and looking at the results of your graph, summarise the extent of satisfaction (what areas) or dissatisfaction (what areas) with the services provided and identify areas for improvement.

You are required to hand in your completed graph with the summary printed below the graph.
