Partogram
This is the link to a partogram that students can download and complete with every scenario. This is not a compulsory activity but rather an opportunity to 'practice' using this particular tool. Many midwives would argue that a partogram is an inappropriate document to use in a birth unit in the context of normal birth. However, when labour deviates from normal and it looks as if transfer to hospital is required, a partogram can be a useful tool for sharing information with other midwives and obstetricians at handover.
