1. The overview of my experience in this online training:

It was one of the best workshops I have ever had. I wont say it was the best but among the ONLINE versions of workshops I attended, this was not only the best but it was enriching, empowering and helpful in developing overall proficiency as a teacher and learner. This workshop really taught me what it is to use ICT in teaching and learning. Earlier I thought, using LCDs, laptops etc is all enough for ICT in TELL (Teaching English Language and Literature). But now my perceptions have changed. ICT means to utilize web resources. This workshop helped me in honing my ICT skills.

2. List three things that you liked best during this online training.

(i) Instant feedback/comments/suggestions provided by facilitators.

(ii) Motivation provided to work hard and give more than 100% by the facilitator.

(iii) Using Emails for learning.

3. List three things you disliked during this online training.

(i) It is not only difficult but impossible for me to give even 1 point.

(ii) SORRY! I don't have anything to say that I did not liked about this workshop.

(iii) If ever I will recall anything then I will put it here. But I know its impossible.

4. List the content areas (if any) that you think need further discussion.

(i) How to make new templates?

(ii) How to be innovative in exploring WikiEdu skills.

5. List content areas (if any) that you think were missing in this online training.

There are resources like audio/video clippings, weblogs, discussion forums, social networkings etc used in Online workshop. This workshop used only Google Groups and WikiEducator platform. BUT THIS WAS EXCELLENT. NOTHING MORE WAS REQUIRED FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF THIS WORKSHOP.

6. Your suggestions (if any) for future such online training.

There should be more such workshops.The teachers and educators need to develop IT skills for the purpose of education. If we want to make INDIA 75% literate, we have to spell some magic like IDEA Cellular advertisement. And it can be done through such online workshops. I would suggest that all the 20 participants who have successfully participated in this workshop should undertake such workshop on smaller scale and teach these skills to 20 other teachers. Let us spread the light. Jyot se Jyot jale! Dr. Sanjaya Mishra (with his Sanjaya Drishti) has light a lamp in 20 teachers. Let us spread this light by igniting the light in other 20 teacher each.
