- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 kg. margarine
- 1 orange
In a bowl, sift the flour; add the water and eggs and wisk together until smooth. Make sure to disolve all lumps. Heat a lightly greased non-stick frying pan. Scoop enough batter to cover all the surface of the frying pan. Make sure it is evenly poured. Cook until dry around the edges and turn to brown on the other side. Place the ready pancake on a dish and spread some caramelized milk or marmalade on it. Roll. Serve hot accompanied with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
