- Publish a post on your blog sharing your rationale about segmenting the market, target audiences and communications and positioning for the Ultimate Standing Desk.
- Your blog post must include:
- A description of three (3) target markets, and explanation of the geographic, demographic, psychographic and other distinct characteristics of each target market.
- Target Market 1 - 250-300 words
- Target Market 2 - 250-300 words
- Target Market 3 - 250-300 words
- Be sure, for each target market to include details about:
- Proposed key messages and explain why you believe these to be effective.
- Proposed channels for communicating the key messages - and why you believe these to be effective.
- A statement regarding how you will position the product within each target market, and communicate its key product attributes.
- At least one link to a competitor's external website - and an explanation as to why it is a competitor.
- A statement for how your product differs from the competition. (You may wish to provide a link to an external website (i.e., a resource you found useful or a link back to this e-Learning activity)).
- A category or tag for your post using the course tag (PMKT101). (See how to add a tag in Wordpress.)
- A description of three (3) target markets, and explanation of the geographic, demographic, psychographic and other distinct characteristics of each target market.
- Register your blog post on the Learning challenge register so others can find your post.
- Provide substantive, relevant comments on two (2) of your course peers' / colleagues' blog posts. A substantive comment is at least four sentences that evidence your knowledge and experience in relation to another person's post.
