This programme is intended to focuss on the provision of Flexible and Open Distance Education that gives alternate opportunities to students to persue other pathways of formal education.

It provides an Institution with Flexible Open Distance Education mode of delivery that has the facilities to enroll 25percent of grade 10 graduates and 10 precent of grade 12 graduates who are unable, or do not continue in the formal eduction system.

Tt is a desire to make FODE a relevant, affordable and quality Secondary Education provided to select drade 8 and grade10 graduates.Ojectively, this programme is to make provision of technicalsupport in the expansion of FODE in its operations in ensuring that appropriate qualified staff is appointed to the College to developed courses and materials for learning by distance mode.
