Organizing pre-workshop logistics activities/advisory group

An advisory group is a collection of individuals that bring unique expertise in a particular area of interest. In this particular instance, the establishment of such a group would be to provide advise to the organising committee on the relevant regional, institutional and cultural protocols that should be acknowledged, key relationships, contacts and collaborations, and maybe content expertise.
