Until now the tutorial focused on finding ODEC resources that can be reused. Now we want to point at the use of this resources.
The most important factor influencing the reuse of ODEC resource is the license. Since there are many different licenses we can only concentrate on the most famous and used license at the moment which is the Creative Commons license.
