- Open door policy - accessible and scrutable by the whole learning community
- Hierarchy - people will undertake different duties within an open school setting but:
- Each person will show care and respect for other workers
- Renumeration will reflect a persons experience and level of responsibility
- Everybody has the right to question and offer advice to others (see 1)
- Debate will occur in open settings with others to witness and mediate if necessary (see 1)
