Include French planning documents on the main LiDA planning page.

LiDA103fr
Course outline
Created by copying the English course outline page then changing page names to this format: [[Learning_in_a_digital_age/LiDA103_fr/Overview|Aperçu]] I.e. new stem for French micro-course. Keep English page name in url, but change to French label (after the pipe|), which is what appears as page headings in WordPress.
Boilerplate text
Added to a new French section on the main boilerplate page.
Create transclusions according to this convention: [[OERu//fr/Quiz page introduction|Quiz page introduction for knowledge test]] Keep English label (after |) but add French translation.
Template for e-tivity title
Change 'Summary label' at Template:E-tivity title
Interwiki Links to French Wikipedia
Use [[w:fr:]] with article name to link to the French Wikipedia.
Hiding text
If there is French text that is not currently relevant (e.g. referring to assessments or other LiDA courses) hide it using

Record work in progress
Add:
- {{WIP}} at top of page
- Add Review notes subheading at bottom of page
- [[Category:LiDA103fr_NeedsReview]] at the bottom of each page that still needs work
Remove these as each page is completed.
Forums
forums.oeru.org is pulling in the #lida103fr posts in the course feed, see for example: https://course.oeru.org/lida103-fr/communications/fil-dactualite-du-cours/ 1) Structurally we should populate the French topics under the "Learning in a digital age" category 2) All topics should be prefixed with LiDA103fr in the topic title 3) Each topic must be tagged using LiDA103fr which will inject replies into the course feed.
