Executive Summary

Establish a project team to create and support the development of one course using Moodle and Wiki Educator while building capacity for additional OERu initiatives with other OERu partners and Portage College staff and faculty.

• Launch one course (Entrepreneurship)
• Begin to build supporting processes
• Begin to engage OERu family
• Begin to build a sustainable model for resourcing and funding
