Items to remove from default survey

New items to consider
-consider using three separate sections one that is content/context specific, another that is focussed on the OERu experience and another that is future focussed.
-move the background questions 1-5 to later in the questionaire start with outcomes based question so that even if students drop out of survey they will still answer those ones
why did you do the course? did it do what you wanted it to do?
Add future focus questions about intentions to participate in other courses, credentialing, credits links to other quals/organisations.
Input based quest to inform learning design e.g. would you like to see more or less: video/readings/quiz....
Do we need demographic data?Location, age, ed level, first in family...Use drop down box....
Would you consider being a volunteer facilitator for future students?

ask bigger questions about what motivates the learner. look at the big picture of the person.
Will the analytics tell whether the student is an individual learner or part of a cohort? If not then the survey needs to differentiate.
