This MOU reflects the Parties’ intent to cooperate, coordinate and share information in carrying out their respective responsibilities and exercising their respective authorities with regard to OER activities the parties choose to identify for collaboration under this agreement. The Parties have a common interest in strengthening and building sustainable OER ecosystems.
