BIOGRAPHY Miss Milburga ATCERO is a Lecturer in French for Specific Purposes at Makerere University Business School.She has worked at the university for the last 6 years.She is the president of the association of teachers of French in Uganda,the Secretary General of the association of the african and indian Ocean association of teachers of french.The Chairperson of the Advisory board of Alliance Française de Kampala.She is currently pursuing a sandwiched PhD in Sorbonne Paris 3.Her topic of the thesis is “le développement de l’expression orale en Français sur objectif spécifique en Ouganda.”.She has participated in numerous activities of pedagogical training of teachers of french in Uganda.She has presentetd numerous papers in several conferences. . ..
