This program has been designed to assist students to develop the evaluative skills that will prepare them for University level. Upon the completion of this program, students will be awarded a Foundation Certificate in Commerce. The Foundation Commerce Program at the National University of Samoa is administered by the Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship (FOBE).
