Bill Oldham's PD interests

First, I am always looking for ways to share my enthusiasm for web 2 tools with other teachers and students. But I get frustrated listening to staff ask that the data projector and work station be removed from their classroom because it distracts the students! But that is another very long and boring story that I shall spare you.

My second interest is raising my personal skill levels to help me and my students to learn and teach each other using technology.

My third interest is striking a balance between useful technology and intrusive technology.

Fourth area of interest is the way that students use multi tasking. Are they learning any better or worse than the ways that we did?

Fifth area of interest is trying to harness advanced learning techniques with my classes.
