My experience

Technical Experience

Operating Systems: Excellent Experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems (Windows XP/VISTA and Window 7).

Database: I have good understanding of Database management system (MySQL and SQL Server). Application development: I have good understanding of popular programming language (ASP.NET and JAVA).

Networking: Good understanding TCP/IP protocol and a little bit familial with some cisco equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Worked on a Knowledge sharing system with the supervision of the director of software development. I successfully developed, installed and configure the system

-Participated in the intensive IP Telephony training conducted by Korean Engineer

-Participated in the installation and configuration of IP telephony within Kigali Metropolitan Network Project. In this project I successfully installed IP Telephone within several government institutions. The model of the VoIP phones we configured is AP-IP120

March-2010: Participated in the implementation of Telepresence project, conducted a short training on VOIP with RDB Consultant.

Training and Certifications: -Attended A+ Training at RDB -Currently I’m doing Network Plus (N+) training at RDB -Attended Microsoft Office Training :

   Qualification : Microsoft Office Certified
