Integration of learning prior and new and its application to an activity/situation/skill is described and examples etc. are provided of the integration and application. There is a creating of additional new knowledge as a result of the integration and application process.

Self –Awareness, Insights & Growth
Shared insights and growth articulate that deep and transformational learning has occurred within the person reflecting. There are described changes of thinking, beliefs, behaviors, attitudes etc.
Self-awareness, insights, and/or growth are identified in the journal entries. Reflections about the learning and the activity experience are identified and shared including thoughts and emotions.


There is little or no reference to insights, self-awareness or growth as a result of the learning experience or the reflecting and writing about the learning.
Maximum Points is 20 points…. Satisfactory Activity Completion is set at10 points minimum.
